Book Log Elementary Teacher Library

I have been scanning papers from my days as an elementary education major at Illinois State University (ISU). The following PDF, Book Log, I found and cannot even place what class it is from and I forgot to put my name on it. This looks like it is for keeping track of your personal classroom library and the Excel format allowed for calculating a grade level by taking the average number of words per sentence with a sample from the beginning, middle, and end of the book. This has books from grade levels 1 to 6.

When I was at ISU from 2004 to 2008 there was no Google cloud and there really was no widespread knowledge about back up services like CrashPlan. I have CrashPlan now, but cloud is now free. As per Wikipedia CrashPlan was released in 2007.  I wish I used CrashPlan in college as I had a computer crash twice and lost lots of papers and information I would like to have. I have everything organized in folders by class name. We had online portfolios from LiveText.com and the company was hoping everyone would pay $70 a year to keep their porfolios. Now, I am not sure LiveText is really needed and it did crash on people before we as the class of 2008 signed up for it. Some professors did not like LiveText, nevertheless, it was something all of the elementary education majors were required to use. I do not think LiveText is really necessary and it shows the business side of teacher education. A PDF or a folder in cloud would be free and many principals would prefer to look at a nice bound booklet or updated binder.
